Circle Newsletter

This team is responsible for publishing Circle each month. It oversees the content, contributors, subscribers, and advertising in Circle.

Global ADHD Awareness Team

This team is responsible for providing a robust support program for ACO members interested in setting up ADHD Awareness programs in their community. The committee provides ADHD Awareness Week press release and PSA templates, presentations for use by ACO members, and strategies for creating a successful program; conducts online information workshops; and oversees a interactive online community group for coaches.

Conference Committee

Joyce Kubik, Conference Chair

Becky Daniels, Speaker Selection Coordinator - The speaker selection team is responsible for selecting the conference speakers. It involves reading and evaluating every proposal for content and expertise, followed by a discussion on the merits of the proposal and its connection to the conference theme. Speaker Selection Team: Dr. Billi Bittan, Virginia Hurley, Victoria Roche, Liz Ahmann, Monika Pompetzki

Tom Dooley, Marketing - Handles various aspects of conference marketing.

Pat Wood, Membership Coordinator - Provides conference attendees chances to become ACO members. Coordinates the setup and staffing of an ACO membership table and a business card table for the conference.

Virginia Hurley, Speaker Liaison - Greets the conference speakers as they arrive and shows them to their breakout room. Responds to questions, requests and concerns of conference speakers.

Rebecca Thompson, Conference Virtual Assistant - Assists with conference related social media. Updates the ACO website with conference and registration information. Compiles the Conference Handbook. Maintains spreadsheets critical to conference management.

Jon Salem, Book Store Coordinator - Communicates with BreakPoint Books to coordinate the bookstore event. Receives titles from speakers who wish to sell books or merchandise in the store.

Herve LeBouef, Evaluation Coordinator - Submits the application for ICF CEU approval for all conference sessions.

Robyn Alexander, Room Monitor Coordinator - Trains the room monitors on breakout session duties and speaker introductions. Assembles room monitor supply bags. Oversees the handling of evaluation forms, sign-in sheets and CEU certificates. Mails the completed evaluation forms and sign-in sheets to the VA.

Judith Champion, Special Dietary Coordinator - Works with the conference hotel to plan menus to meet the dietary needs of all attendees. Handles dietary related concerns at the conference.

Cindy Goldrich, Speaker Recordings - Creates recordings introducing conference speakers for posting on the ACO website prior to conference.

Jay Carter, AV Coordinator - Coordinates with the hotel AV Director on the audio-visual needs at the conference. Oversees any recorded sessions.
