Advertising at ACO Conference
Advertising space will be available in the Conference Guide which will be distributed in a 3-ring binder format to each participant at the conference. In addition to schedule information, it will also include all the session hand outs and the current membership directory.

Maximum size 7 ½ x 10 No full bleed. B&W only
Fee: $250
Advertiser Provided Insertion Sheets.
Must be single sheet, pre-approved, preprinted. Prepunched preferred. May be double sided, in color, or on colored paper.

Half Page Ad in the Conference Guide.
Maximum size 7½ x 4 ¾” Horizontal layout only. No full bleed. B&W only
Fee: $175
Quarter Page Ad in the Conference Guide.
Maximum size 3 ½ x 4 ¾” Vertical layout only. No full bleed. B&W only
Fee: $125
Business Card sized ad in the Conference Guide.
Maximum size 3 ½ x 2″ Horizontal layout only. No full bleed. B&W only
Fee: $100
Advertising Specialty Items to be distributed to conference attendees
Fee: $125 or may be provided for free if advertiser has contributed $250 or more
in other advertising or sponsorships.
Insertion order due by April 1. Camera ready copy due April 5.
Artwork: All artwork should be submitted in .jpg format at least 150 dpi
