Advertising opportunities at Connections 2007

Advertising space will be available in the Conference Guide which will be distributed in a 3-ring binder format to each participant at the conference. In addition to schedule information, it will also include all the session hand outs and the current membership directory.

Maximum size 7 ½ x 10” No full bleed. B&W only

Fee: $500

Advertiser Provided Insertion Sheets.

Must be single sheet, pre-approved, preprinted, pre-punched pages. May be double sided, in color, or on colored paper.

Fee: $600

Half Page Ad in the Conference Guide.

Maximum size 7 ½ x 4 ¾ Horizontal layout only. No full bleed. B&W only

Fee: $250

Quarter Page Ad in the Conference Guide.

Maximum size 3 ½ x 4 ¾ Vertical layout only. No full bleed. B&W only

Fee: $125

Advertising Specialty Items to be distributed to conference attendees

Fee: $250 or

may be provided for free if advertiser has contributed $250 or more
in other advertising or sponsorships.

Insertion order due by April 1. Camera ready copy due April 5.
