Laurie Dupar, MSN, RN,
PCC, CPCC, is a professional AD/HD Coach and Educator who developed
The Change of Focus Coaching Program as a result of her commitment to provide a personal and professional resource for all persons living with AD/HD. Professionally, Laurie has undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Nursing, a Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and over 20 years experience working in the mental wellness field. Personally, one of her four children was diagnosed eight years ago with ADHD. She is actively involved in the advocacy of ADHD coaching and is an experienced presenter both locally and nationally.

Madelyn Griffith-Haynie, MCC, coaching pioneer, is founder and CEO of
The Optimal Functioning Institute.
She's shared ADD expertise in many formats since 1987. She has trained and mentored countless successful coaches. Co-sponsored by
Wayne State University School of Medicine, "MGH" designed and organized the first ADD-specific Coaching Forum with several pioneers in the field. One of ICF's first MCC's, she represented ADD Coaching on a panel of eight coaching schools developing ICF's accreditation policies and standards. She was CoachU's second graduate and a CU Senior
Trainer for seven years before shifting focus to train ADD Coaches exclusively. An ordained MSIA minister, ADD is her
