Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapeutic technique when used for treating mental health issues like anxiety and depression, issues common with ADHD. It is relevant to ADHD Coaching because the techniques used in CBT are very similar to those used by coaches when helping their clients get unstuck and move forward. Anything that supports the efficacy of CBT for ADHD is potentially also a support for the efficacy of ADHD coaching.
