1nse62c-adhd-book-3d_0cs0g40cs0g4000000-237x300The new book by Sarah D. Wright

Destined to become the source book for ADHD Coaches.

Since starting my ADHD Coach training at the Optimal Functioning Institute in 2002, I have thought about, read about, and frequently discussed ADHD Coaching with all sorts of people. I have also collected and analyzed a lot of information and written and presented on what I thought was important for the profession. Having, in addition, served on the Board of Directors of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO) for almost as long as I have been coaching, I have become, over the years, a repository of information regarding the history of the profession, the organization, the training and certification options, and more.  – Sarah Wright

Everything you need to know about the profession of ADHD Coaching: its history, the evidence for its efficacy, a comprehensive listing of all available trainings and certifications, liability insurance options, and much much more.

Sarah Wright has done the painstaking work of bringing together all of the practical matters of coaching that are important but not easy to find, such as the various options for training and certification, what the different credentials mean, and how to get liability insurance. She also provides valuable history and discusses the people who shaped it—this is not just interesting, but also gives important context to the current state of the field.”
