Setting the Stage for Client Success: A Practical Model of Executive Function
Karen Boutelle, PCC,
Founding Director of Coaching Services at Landmark College
Approved by the ICF for 6 CCEUs
Understanding executive function allows coaches to support clients in increasingly effective ways. All clients, whether or not they have ADHD, need tools and approaches for managing executive function challenges as they arise.
The next ACCE class will provide coaches with a practical model of executive function that will help them better understand, in specific detail, the challenges their clients face when trying to plan, prioritize, manage their emotions, and meet their goals. Mini-case studies will be used to deepen the learning and to introduce a strategy-design method coaches can begin using immediately with their clients. They will also learn practices and strategies that are useful with a wide variety of clients.
Karen Boutelle, PCC, works as a leadership coach specializing in supporting people to maximize their leadership potential while managing executive function challenges.
