Terri’s training in both ADHD Coaching and Addiction Recovery Coaching allows her the opportunity to address these coexisting conditions simultaneously. ADHD and Addiction frequently accompany each other. Research has shown a very high success rate for substance abuse recovery when the challenges of ADHD are addressed through coaching and other support efforts prior to Recovery Coaching. Terri lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and owns ADHD Coaching of Colorado, LLC.
