Programs July 2017

Let’s face it, we are all into coaching because it’s what we love to do!  Otherwise, we wouldn’t be doing it, right?  Yet, sometimes with running a coaching business, we may find ourselves feeling a bit professionally isolated, overwhelmed or unsure about how to handle a particular coaching situation or which direction to go with an important business decision.

ACO Programs has created ways to virtually connect with your colleagues throughout the year to:

•    collaborate on different client scenarios or case studies,
•    to help with growing your business,
•    to work one on one with other coaches to develop your coaching skills,
•    to receive extra support and accountability to achieve your goal for certification

This past May, many of us convened at our annual conference where we connected with our colleagues, heard wonderful insight and ideas from great speakers, and collaborated with our peers about challenges we are facing.  We were energized and inspired as we returned home with new ideas and approaches to manage our business.

Now it’s June.  ACO has a wonderful community of coaches that makes staying connected, energized and inspired throughout the year possible.  Through ACO Programs, connecting, learning and collaborating virtually with your fellow coaching colleagues is as easy as joining one (or even all the opportunities offered.) Most of them are a no cost benefit of ACO membership.  The only thing you need to do to take advantage of these opportunities is to make the commitment to work on your professional development goals, and schedule it in to your calendar. There are several opportunities starting up right now.  It’s not too late.  Check out ACO Programs Page on the ACO Website to find out what’s happening this summer.  If you are a little late, send an email to Programs@ADHDCoaches.org to see if there is a way to get you involved with the exciting opportunities we have starting up this month.

Have a great summer!
