Our Programs Committee has been hard at work designing some really cool opportunities for our members. We are launching the first this month!

A key theme is For Our Members – By Our Members. Which means we value and look forward to your expertise, input, and engagement! If you have case studies to share or training you would like to offer your fellow members, please let us know.

And take this brief four question survey to let us know how to best serve your needs!

Case Collaboration is a new monthly networking opportunity for members of the ACO. Each month we meet and collaborate on coaching cases from different niches as they relate to a given theme. Each monthly session lasts one hour and will feature two case studies to get started and then we will open it up to Wild Card Lightening Rounds. The lightening rounds are where you bring and share your own coaching scenario from your own niche as it relates to the theme for the month, followed by collaboration and feedback as time allows. We will get to as many as possible – first come, first serve. Best of all, participating is free for our members and you get CCEU’s.
Register for August or all of them right here.

Here’s the schedule:

  • August: Transition
  • September: Self Care
  • October: Overwhelm, Planning, and Prioritizing
  • November: Relationships

Do you have a case study you would like to share as one of the two starting off our sessions? Write up a case study in one or two paragraphs with supporting details and send to We will select two to feature and can work in more during the lightening rounds.

During September, October, and November 2015, the ACO will have professional development opportunities available to its members at a reduced cost. Each month, there will be a selection of workshops on business or coaching. The training is offered by our members for our members. Trainers are paid for the workshop. CCEU’s are awarded.

The theme for Business Workshops is From Launched to Lucrative and the theme for the Coaching Workshops The ADHD Coaching Edge. Do you have a workshop to share with ACO members? RFPs are now being accepted by our members for our members. Contact to get your Submission Form and submit it to no later than September 1st. We apologize for the short turn around for this fall. Proposals will be reviewed as soon as they are received and decisions will be made as quickly as possible.

The next training opportunities follow January – March 2016.
