Michelle has been a certified coach, workshop leader and support group facilitator since 2003. She’s passionate about partnering with adults, students and parents to find strategies to manage the symptoms of ADHD at home, in school, at work and in life.
With Michelle’s support and guidance, clients figure out the goals that are most important for them and then create an action-oriented plan to achieve those goals. Her practical, collaborative approach helps them learn how to take advantage of their strengths and stay on track. Clients and their families gain greater awareness of ineffective behaviors and get the tools they need to enhance problem-solving, communication, confidence, resilience and productivity.
Michelle gets lots of opportunities to practice what she preaches as mom to two distractible boys and as a person who received her own ADHD diagnosis as an adult.
