Sarah Wright, MS, ACT

Biography

Sarah currently accepts a limited number of clients.

Before becoming a coach Sarah worked variously as a scientist, engineer, computer programmer, program manager, resource director, and corporate executive. Additionally, she is the parent of a young adult diagnosed with ADHD and various co-occuring conditions, and knows first hand the joys and frustrations of living with these differences.

Sarah is the author, co-author, or contributing author to a number of books including “ADHD Coaching Matters: The Definitive Guide,” a must-have resource for anyone interested in ADHD Coaching, and the perennial favorite, “Fidget to Focus,” which she co-authored with Dr. Roland Rotz.

As a recognized expert in the field, Sarah presents regionally and nationally on both ADHD and ADHD coaching. She divides her time between San Diego, California and Orlando, Florida where, when she’s not coaching, writing, or presenting, she enjoys spending time in her garden.
