In May, you might have read about the new offerings that will be launched through Programs for our members. Our Programs Committee is working hard to identify new opportunities and sort out the details for future offerings with ACO. This month we are sharing a few important updates and asking you to take a few moments of your time to provide valued input to help us best serve your needs. Please click the link below and take the four question survey today. Your input matters!
Coming in August 2015: The first program to launch is a Case-Study Based Mastermind Group. This is a new opportunity for you to meet by computer or phone with other coaches on a monthly basis and collaborate on coaching strategies that might be helpful in different scenarios. Sound interesting? We hope so!
Each of the Mastermind Group Sessions will feature two or three case studies to review and collaborate on. They focus for each will be different. And as participants in the Mastermind Group you are able to submit your own case studies for review and feedback. Do you have a case study you would like to share? If so, email Programs@ADHDCoaches.org for more information. We will send you an easy worksheet to complete to provide us the information needed. More details about the timing of our Mastermind Group Sessions will be posted soon. Again, please take the time to complete the survey below:
Planned for September-November 2015: Training Opportunities – For Our Coaches By Our Coaches. The focus of the training will be for professional and business development. We will have two workshop style classes offered for each month during September, October and November 2015. One of the workshops will focus on coaching expertise, and another will focus on business development. Do you have a workshop to propose for this fall? Now is the time to email Programs@ADHDCoaches.org with your ideas and get the details and form to complete.
Set yourself up to be in the loop: Are you on Linked In? Recently we set up our own Linked In Group for the ADHD Coaches Organization. You can click on that link and then request to join. We will also post updates to the ACO List-serve, the Facebook Group, and the upcoming Circle newsletters. If you haven’t already joined these, please do so now so we can get the updates to you quickly as they develop.
Please consider serving on the ACO Programs Committee! Do you have a passion for helping others with their professional development? Now is a great time to get involved with the start-up of ACO Programs and to be a catalyst for how the opportunities will evolve. We need your expertise and insight to make Programs a stellar offering within the ACO. We are looking for one or two more to serve on the Programs Committee. Might that be you? Please connect with Programs@ADHDCoaches.org to let us know.
Thank you so much for your input to the survey and we look forward to bringing you many exciting new developments over the coming year!
