New Views on New Year’s Resolutions

Maureen Nolan, ACC was interviewed by the Trinity Broadcasting Network in Atlanta, Georgia for a fifteen minute public service segment about New Year’s Resolutions scheduled to air in January, 2011. Maureen suggested an Attention Tune-Up instead of the usual numbered to-do list that gets ignored. An Attention Tune-Up includes questions like: What would it feel like to be more present in your everyday life, to be aware of distractions and interruptions that impact you? What would a life of attention be like?

You Never Know Who You’ll Meet

On Wednesday, Maureen was called to be interviewed on Thursday. She changed appointments (including an ACO Board Meeting!) in order to reach one million new clients in the metro Atlanta area. ‘It was an excellent opportunity to reach an entirely new audience with the good news of ADD Coaching.’ Maureen even had the rare chance to meet an eight-time Mr. Olympia, Lee Haney while sitting the waiting room. ‘I asked Lee if I could present an ADD Awareness program to his trainers!’
