While PAAC’s Core Competencies are explicitly aligned to support coaching clients with ADHD, it is often recommended to ADHD coaches pursuing an ICF credential that they do not submit a session recording of a client with ADHD for credentialing review. But finding neurotypical clients to coach for 30-minute sessions can become a significant challenge for many busy coaching.
