Together, they create a strong, practical foundation for managing your ADHD and strengthening executive functioning skills. Enrollment is intentionally limited to 8–10 adults (ages 30 and older) to ensure personalized support, meaningful discussion, and accountability. For an adult living with ADHD, it’s common to feel misunderstood, trying to keep up in a world that doesn’t recognize how your brain works. You may have spent much of your life masking — working harder than others, hiding your struggles, and blaming yourself for challenges that were never about laziness or lack of effort. clarity, not chaos. Join a group of men who are done doing it alone and ready to work smarter with the brain they have.
